Customization: 
The nature of embroidery and personalization is that it is completely customizable. If you have specific colors or designs in mind, please add those details in the "additional notes" tab. 
How fast will I receive my item?

Before adding an item to your cart you will have to acknowledge a certain turn around time. That time does not include shipping time, so you will need to account for that when planning as well. 

If you are in need of an item quickly, every item has an option of adding a "rush fee". If you need shipping expedited as well, please see me a message so I can send you an additional invoice for the shipping upgrade. 

Monogram order is confusing. How do I enter my font to ensure it’s in the correct order?

Please enter all monograms and names as fLm (first, last, middle). If it is a font that requires a different order, I will change it for you but to ensure accuracy across the board- enter as fLm and type in the full name. Example: jKs for James Shepherd Kennedy 

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

All items are final sale UNLESS it is a mistake on me. If there is something incorrect on your order please email me at kate.nestembroidery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and I will get it taken care of.
